Renter must pass Background check, MINIMUM FICO SCORE 650-

NO Eviction and excellent Credit history - Income to be at least 3x Monthly rent

Pet restrictions could apply ( $300/pet if approved)

Future Tenant must be prepared to provide all Deposits within 24 hours when approved

Property is rented As Is.

Please avoid applying if you do not meet our minimum requirements.

Once you filled the application online you will receive an email from the system to ask you to authorize us to check your background.

If you are not approved, we are sorry, but we cannot move forward, Note that application fee is NOT refundable.

If you are APPROVED.

1. You will have 24 hours to bring Deposits ( security, key, cleaning, pet if applicable) to our office in form of Certified funds , in order to secure the transaction.
2. We will email you the lease agreement through Authentisign for Electronic signature. Once signed we will create your tenant personal website showing the security deposit payment.
3. Next meeting will be for Move in Day with 1st month rent ( prorated rent if applicable) with all utilities tuned into your name.

1st Month rent must be paid in form of Certified Funds.

REMEMBER:

Property is rented as is where is .

We will not remodel the property .

Fireplace , pool heater, spa, water softener, fridge ice and water dispenser are considered as cosmetics and will not be repaired or replaced.
