Position: Assistant Residential Property Manager


Our real estate brokerage and property management company services the greater Las Vegas area with a 98% French-speaking clientele. We provide turnkey solutions to French-speaking investors from buying and selling to managing real estate properties. Duties and responsibilities are:


Handle new French-speaking clients canvassed by the President;
Handle monthly rental incomes and payments of insurance, property taxes, sewer, trash, utilities, clients' LLC renewals, HoA's and other operating expenses;
Prepare monthly income statements for 50% of the agency's portfolio;
Communicate financial reports to a diverse group of clients in French and meet with them to discuss the financial and operational status of their properties;
Assist President with negotiating management and service contracts with the clients to determine leasing priorities and goals;
Responsible for securing local contracts with local vendors for cleaning, maintenance (A/C, plumbing, electricity, carpentry…) and security;
Assist with planning and coordinating general maintenance, repairs, and remodeling or construction on the properties including analyzing bids from contractors;
Communicate with tenants to ensure services on properties are completed including preventive routine inspections; 

Responsible for rental bookkeeping and maintaining business records of inspections procedures,
recommendations for works and improvements made to the clients;
Manage ads for rental openings on multiple real estate online platforms, research market values and
identify residential rental market opportunities;


Able to assist President with emergencies from tenants;
5-day in person shift (Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm)


Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related field
Experience: 2 years in an administrative position
Language: Advanced knowledge of French (spoken and written) because 98% of the clientele is French- speaking
Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting; proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Quickbooks; able to learn Buildium property management software; excellent customer service skills; able to handle demanding people (clients and tenants) and unexpected situations; proven organizational skills
